So, what is this book about, anyhow?

The Lord has intended for us to clothe ourselves in modesty for not only the sake of others, but for our own holiness.  Our worth is found in Christ alone, and not in our outward appearance, like the world would like for us to so desperately believe.  We mean so much to Him!  Modesty is also a form of protection, and without it, our society has wandered down the ugly road of pornography, sex trafficking, and more.

While our culture needs a total overhaul, I believe we can make a statement by returning to modesty.  We can make a difference.

This is something I believe wholeheartedly that both young and old women need to embrace of as they seek to serve their Savior.  After He has so graciously saved us, our hearts should turn to Him…our hearts should long for His holiness.

The paperback version is 122 pages long.

Included in the book you will find twelve short chapters which include:

Introduction

Modesty isn’t Just About What We Wear

Modesty Matters

Modesty and Jesus.  Does He Really Care About What We Wear?

Another Reason Why We Must Consider Modesty

Modesty Standards and the Bible

Let Your Good Works Shine

Keeping Our Eyes on Christ through Criticism

Modesty Brings Respect to Womanhood

A Biblical Reason to Wear Skirts

Head Covering in Modern Times.  Is this a Necessary Practice?

Are You Ready to Suit Up?

Our Modesty Transformation

In Conclusion

Please join me in covering this project in prayer.  My hope is that many ladies might learn more about their true worth in Christ and how this applies to their clothing choices by reading this book.

    I would love a copy!

  2. Thanks for sharing. I took a moment and prayed for your project and for my own daughter as I raise her to be modest. Our blogging community would be blessed if you shared this devotion at the Literacy Musing Mondays Linkup. #LMMLinkup http://www.foreverjoyful.net/?p=1135
