I’ve been somewhat MIA lately. I’ve officially reached the point in my pregnancy where I pretty much stay uncomfortable. I haven’t quite found the motivation to do an outfit post in a while, but hopefully I’ll get back to that soon. It’s all good though, and I’m still so grateful to be carrying this baby. 🙂
My 32 week check-up was uneventful. Everything is going well, and I’m super happy that we no longer have to wake up early to drive to ballet intensives! I’m still waking up several times each night, which is pretty normal for me when I’m pregnant. I think my body is preparing for the baby’s sleep schedule before she gets here.
I finally purchased Mabrey’s car seat cover, and I really like the way it turned out! Since we don’t have the space to decorate a separate nursery, I really enjoy purchasing a few special items for each baby. I’m on the look out for a new swing. I didn’t really care for any of the ones at Babies r Us, so I’m going to extend my search.
Several of my kids are on a school “break” at the moment, but most are still plugging away with their schoolwork. Something that we began doing during intensives is listening to a message on Sermon Audio each morning. I’ve slacked on that this week, and I hope to get back to this habit soon. Pouring God’s Word into both our and our children’s lives is so very important.
I’m so thankful for God’s grace, and by His grace, we are continuing to make some small changes in our home. I would appreciate prayers as we are rethinking our children’s extra curricular activities. It’s sometimes difficult to know what’s best when spiritual “problem areas” are brought to our attention. While we are in the world, we aren’t to be of the world. Above all else, I really want our family to honor the Lord in all things!
My husband and I are also beginning to consider moving. While moving is the LAST thing my flesh would like to do, I know that many times God doesn’t call us to be comfortable. I don’t know if we could be completely mortgage free with a move, but we could be a lot closer if we moved into something smaller. So we are definitely considering it after Mabrey comes.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
